X-Line TPD

The TPD insole is a custom-designed orthotic device intended for the management of tibialis posterior dysfunction (TPD), a progressive condition often associated with adult-acquired flatfoot deformity. TPD is characterized by attenuation or rupture of the tibialis posterior tendon, resulting in medial ankle pain, collapse of the medial longitudinal arch, and hindfoot valgus.

The TPD insole provides targeted medial arch support and rearfoot stabilization, thereby reducing tensile load on the tibialis posterior tendon and limiting further structural collapse. In addition to its primary indication in TPD, the device is also effective for patients presenting with symptomatic pes planus or other disorders associated with excessive pronation during weightbearing.

Product Description

Trusted by the UK’s NHS and the British Armed Forces, the TPD Insole is a specialist orthotic device designed to treat Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD) and other conditions caused by arch collapse and excessive foot flattening.

Midfoot cradle & metatarsal support – improves gait efficiency and reduces fatigue
Reinforced with high plastic wrap – strong and durable for long-term wear
Camberelle® top cover – tough, breathable, and comfortable
Targeted support where generic insoles fail
