Delivery & Dispatch

At Bailey, we want your instruments to arrive quickly and safely because the sooner they’re in your hands, the sooner they can be put to good use.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £89.00 (UK Mainland only) carry a £5.99 + VAT delivery charge.

  • Orders over £89.00 qualify for free UK Mainland delivery.

  • Deliveries outside UK Mainland are charged at cost.

  • Carriage on equipment purchases may also be charged at cost (confirmed at the point of order or enquiry).

  • Courier deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

Note: Bailey Instruments reserves the right to adjust delivery charges without notice if circumstances beyond our control require it. Next-day and special delivery services can be arranged at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Dispatch

  • Orders received before 2.30pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day, where stock is available.

  • Standard delivery takes place within 3 working days.

  • For non-stock items, we’ll contact you directly with an estimated delivery time once your order is placed.

  • While we always do our best to meet delivery promises, Bailey Instruments cannot be held responsible for delays or failures outside our control.

  • Any issues such as non-delivery, short delivery, or damage in transit must be reported within 7 working days of the invoice date. Please ensure damage in transit is noted on delivery documentation upon receipt.
