Quality Policy

It is the policy of Bailey Instruments Ltd to provide our customers and strategic partners with products and services of an assured quality. In our efforts to achieve this we are committed to the economic, ethical and efficient provision of products and services in line with customer requirements, relevant national and international standards and applicable legislation.
 
This commitment is demonstrated by the monitoring, measuring and maintenance of our Quality Management System designed and developed to meet the requirements of ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003, ISO13485:2012, Labour Standards Assurance System (LSAS)* and MDD93/42/EEC where applicable.
 
The aim of our management team is to develop the company and the competencies of all employees by planning, reviewing and continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Managements System to the above standards and that the resources required are made available. This is critical to the success of the company, enabling us to expand our customer base, maintain an efficient supply chain and secure future growth.
 
Customer satisfaction, quality objectives and policy shall be reviewed regularly, key information communicated throughout the company and, as applicable, to its clients. All new employees shall be made aware of the quality system, policy and objectives through training and induction.
 
The quality manual has the unqualified support of the company directors and shareholders; in turn, it is a mandatory requirement that all employees or persons involved with the company comply with the policies, objectives, systems and procedures defined within. I ask that all employees carry the responsibility for the quality of all processes and tasks that they perform individually or within a team.
